Giveaway Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter is O.P. BEDON & L.K. HEIM, trading as BEHMOT, ABN 60 535 677 033 (Promoter).
2. Competition Period
The competition opens at 8:00 PM AEDT on Friday, 23 October 2026, and closes at 11:59 PM AEDT on Sunday, 1 November 2026 (Competition Period).
Entries submitted outside the Competition Period will not be eligible.
3. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must, during the Competition Period:
a) Follow the entry instructions in the official BEHMOT Instagram giveaway post; and
b) Tag a friend in the comments of that post, in accordance with the instructions provided.
Only one (1) entry per person is permitted. Duplicate entries and entries that are fraudulent or otherwise invalid may be disqualified.
Entry is free, and no purchase is necessary.
5. Entry Conditions
To remain eligible for the prize draw:
a) The entrant's original entry comment must remain published and visible on the official giveaway post at the time of the draw.
b) Where following the @behmot_official Instagram account is a permitted entry requirement, the entrant must still be following that account at the time of the draw.
The Promoter may verify the validity of entries and the eligibility of the selected entrant before confirming the winner. If the selected entrant does not meet the applicable entry conditions, the entry will be deemed invalid and an alternative winner may be drawn.
6. Prize
One (1) prize will be awarded: One (1) BEHMOT Trauma Cap – Foggy Pink, valued at AUD $89.
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. Free standard delivery within Australia is included.
7. Draw Details
One (1) winner will be selected at random from all valid entries on Monday, 2 November 2026 at 9:00 AM AEDT.
The draw will be conducted by the Promoter in Brookvale, NSW 2100.
This is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in determining the winner.
8. Winner Notification
The selected entrant will be contacted by direct message from the official @behmot_official Instagram account within two (2) business days of the draw.
By entering, participants acknowledge that the Promoter may contact the selected entrant by Instagram direct message for the purposes of notifying the winner, verifying eligibility and administering the prize.
The selected entrant must respond within seven (7) days of notification. If the selected entrant cannot be contacted, does not respond within this period, or is found to be ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw.
9. Unclaimed Prize Draw
If the prize remains unclaimed, a redraw may be conducted on the tenth (10th) business day after the original draw, at the same location and using the same random selection method.
Any replacement winner will be subject to the same eligibility requirements and notification process set out in these Terms & Conditions.
10. Privacy
The Promoter will collect and use personal information provided by the winner for the purposes of verifying eligibility, administering the competition, contacting the winner and arranging prize delivery.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and the Promoter's Privacy Policy.
Entry into the competition does not constitute consent to receive marketing communications.
11. General
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms & Conditions.
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the competition where reasonably necessary, including where circumstances beyond its reasonable control prevent the competition from being conducted as planned. Any changes will be communicated appropriately and handled in accordance with applicable law.
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for loss, damage or injury arising from participation in the competition or acceptance or use of the prize. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, late, misdirected or not successfully submitted due to technical issues outside its reasonable control.
12. Instagram Disclaimer
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram. By entering, participants release Instagram from responsibility for this promotion and acknowledge that Instagram is not responsible for its administration.
13. Permits
The Promoter considers that no trade promotion lottery authority is required for this competition based on the advertised total prize value of AUD $89. The Promoter will comply with all applicable Australian Commonwealth, state and territory laws.
